What we're looking for
We are seeking a talented Facebook/Google Ad Specialist on a contract basis to join our marketing team at Kalia Creative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google. You will develop strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, ensuring all campaigns align with our brand's voice and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Management:
- Organize and set up ad campaigns, ensuring the targeting, creative, and messaging aligns with the client’s brand and goals.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Manage ad spend to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- A/B test creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify top-performing strategies.
- Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop effective ad strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Analyze competitors’ ad strategies and performance to identify opportunities.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on the performance of ad campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and improve future strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
Example Tasks:
- Create lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture potential customers.
- Design and create visually appealing ads, including selecting images, crafting headlines, and setting up targeting parameters.
- Conduct A/B tests on different ad creatives and strategies to determine the most effective approach.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook and others).
- Skilled in Ads Reporting and Analytics
- Familiarity with Facebook’s Ad Policies
- Competence in Creating and Managing Campaigns
- Expertise in A/B Testing and Optimization
- Understanding of Targeting and Custom Audiences
- Ability in Ad Copy and Creative Development
- Experience with Facebook Pixel Implementation
